Cinnamon Apple Overnight Oats

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Serves: 3

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup whole grain oats
  • 1/4 cup vegan coconut yogurt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Layer all ingredients in a container with a lid (I use a small mason jar). Refrigerate overnight, or at least 3 hours. Eat within 2 days.
