I don’t want to put a million recipes for smoothies on here, so here is a blueprint for smoothie freezer packs that allows you to use the ingredients of your choice.


  1. Take an ice cube tray and fill each portion with greek yogurt, I use plain but you can use whatever you want. Then keep these in the freezer.
  2. Buy an assortment of fruits and portion out 1 1/4 cups of any kind and place in a zip lock bag. Make as many bags of as many different combinations as you want and put them all in the freezer.
  3. Combine two yogurt cubes, a bag of fruit, and one to two cups of coconut water depending on your desired consistency.

You can also add agave nectar or honey to sweeten it, and flax seed to add some extra nutrition. I like to use blackberries and mango, but it’s important to find your own preference.

I like to have this with half an avocado, or a handful of granola for breakfast.
