Condiments are the unsung heroes of making food delicious, which is arguably the most important part of making food. These are the foods that we usually buy premade are are the most processed and least healthy part of our meals, but they don;t have to be. I try to make all condiments from salad dressing to peanut butter from scratch. I’m still learning how to make a lot of things but it’s a journey and you can join me.
