Crock Pot Tomato Sauce

Cook Time: 3 hours

Yields: 5 cups

Ingredients:

  • 12 vine ripened tomatoes pealed and chopped
  • 1/2 onion roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh flat leaf parsley chopped
  • 10 basil leaves
  • 2 – 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Put everything in a crock pot and cook on high for at least three hours.
