Lunch should be a little more than a snack, it can even be a couple snacks put together. I really enjoy sandwiches and wraps so these recipes will mostly fall into these categories. I think it’s important that every meal is light but still filling and lunch is no exception, I also tried to make these meals that travel well because most of us have crazy schedules and it’s important to be able to eat on the go.
