Dinner should be one of the lightest meals of the day. We have this concept that it should be large portions, but to eat that much so late in the day can actually be detrimental to weight loss and overall health. However don’t feel confined to any specific amount of food, just eat until full, then stop, so simple. Starving yourself can be just as bad as overeating.
